AI Capture Team

The AI Capture Team applies the AI Team architecture to government contracting capture and related opportunity pursuit work.

The objective is not simply to find more opportunities. It is to create the capacity to evaluate, research, develop, and advance the opportunities worth pursuing.

Capture as a managed workflow

Capture contains distinct jobs that benefit from separate ownership, methods, evaluation criteria, and human decision points.

A representative workflow can include:

  1. Opportunity monitoring to identify relevant solicitations, forecasts, notices, funding signals, and emerging requirements.
  2. Screening and fit assessment to determine whether an opportunity deserves deeper analysis.
  3. Customer and competitive research to develop the evidence needed for a pursuit decision.
  4. Qualification and prioritization to compare opportunity fit, risk, timing, and strategic value.
  5. Teaming analysis to identify capability gaps and potential partners.
  6. Capture strategy development to convert evidence into an actionable pursuit strategy.
  7. Internal circulation and routing to put the opportunity in front of the right human stakeholders.
  8. Proposal handoff to transfer qualified pursuit context into proposal execution.

The exact workflow can be configured to the customer’s capture process.

Digital Employees and skills

Each job can be assigned to a Digital Employee with job-specific skills.

The employee does not need every capture methodology, customer document, or tool loaded at once. The execution environment can load the relevant skill and retrieve only the authorized context required for the current stage.

Orchestration and human gates

Orchestration maintains the opportunity state, validates stage completion, surfaces blocked work, and coordinates handoffs.

Humans remain responsible for decisions that require organizational authority or judgment, such as whether to pursue, which relationships to activate, what commitments to make, and whether a strategy is ready to move forward.

Customer context and governance

The Customer AI Control Plane can tell the Capture Team where approved information lives, which sources are authoritative, what users may access, and which tools the team may invoke.

A smaller deployment may use configured instructions and approved files. A larger enterprise may connect the same workforce to governed internal repositories, systems, and tools.

Capture-to-proposal handoff

A qualified pursuit should move into the AI Proposal Team through a structured handoff artifact containing the evidence and decisions the proposal workflow needs.

That preserves capture intelligence without forcing the Proposal Team to inherit the entire capture conversation history.
